Rip down fabric strips to 2" x 6" in colors of your choice. I used fabric that I had laying around the house. Double knot the fabric around the flip flop straps. You can make it as full as you want. I think I used 30 strips per side.. so 60 per flip flop.. a total of 120 strips. That will make it nice and full.
